In January 2017, Whitney Perkins, Darren Jones, and Anna Olcese started Segway Group at Keller Williams Realty. After being together on another team for a couple of years, the trio joined forces and ventured out on their own, determined to focus on a new way of doing real estate.
This huge leap of faith has worked out pretty well, with Segway Group growing at a rapid pace year-over-year and now ranked one of the top five real estate teams in the area, with projected sales at over $30 million for 2019.
Building on the ideas of teamwork and leveraging talent, both of which are deep-rooted in the Keller Williams business model, we have created a unique partnership, capitalizing on each of our business strengths rather than that of an individual agent.
Basically, we plan to divide and conquer. So far, it’s working out pretty darn well.

Our 2020 vision is to achieve 50% year-over-year growth and be on track to become the highest producing team in North Central Florida by the end of 2025.
